'INTIAL RISKS WERE TAKEN CARE OF AND I SAVED THREE YEARS IN FIELD'- Mr. Venkat Reddy to ETV2
Mr.Venkat Reddy on behalf of Ms.Aleena Reddy, Medak district, Andhra Pradesh on being interviewed by ETV2 channel for the farmers’ program ‘JAIKISSAN’ about their Sapota orchard spoke as follows: “The initial risks of training and pruning which is very difficult for me have been already taken care of by Vijaya Phyto Farms. I saved three years in the field and even in the first year of planting I enjoyed the intercrop benefits and within one year I got to harvest my crop instead of 4 to 5 years. My orchard is well established and all the plants have uniform growth. I am very thankful to Vijaya Phyto Farms for providing these kind of plants.
HE CHOSE THE PLANTS THAT HE WANTED AFTER ACTUALLY TASTING THE FRUITS!
Speaking about his experience with Vijaya Phyto Farms during an interview in the Pallethalli programme by Sakshi TV, Mr. Rajeshwara Rao of Ranga Reddy district expressed that he had selected the plants of his choice after actually tasting the fruits at the VPFPL nursery. The plants had already been pruned, he said and that they were explained about pruning at the time of taking delivery and they were confident of doing so. According to him the well developed ‘ready made plants’ grown at Vijaya Phyto Farms nursery fetched higher yields at the field compared to normal plants and in the 1st year of planting itself they got the yield. He also said that the yield in 2nd year from planting plant was equivalent to yield from 10 year old plants of normal practice and that with these ready made plants we were able to save water, power and labour.
NO MORTALITY AND NO MORE REPLANTING
No mortality and no more replanting” is the opinion of Mr. Rama Raju of West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh regarding the ‘ready to bear fruit plants’ that he had got from Vijaya Phyto Farms expressed to Sakshi TV on PalleThalli programme. He said, “We get some returns in the first year itself to offset the expenses. Though it is costly initially the cost is justifiable.
